We’re two sisters from Eden Valley (yep, that’s where the name comes from) in South Australia, and we’re on a snack quest of epic proportions!
With one of us a naturopath and the other a chef and mum of four, we totally get the struggle of finding snacks that are healthy, actually taste good, and haven’t been sitting on shelves for months. That’s why we make everything to order—fresh, functional, and full of flavour.
Our snacks are handcrafted using high-quality, organic ingredients wherever possible, and we’re passionate about supporting hormone health through food—yes, we’re talking seed cycling and beyond!
We also care deeply about sustainability, so we choose eco-conscious packaging and source local ingredients whenever we can.

We’re here to nourish women with freshly made snacks and muesli blends that are rich in omega-3s, fibre, and hormone-loving nutrients. We believe real food has the power to support mood, energy, and hormone balance—without compromising on flavour.
By combining the science of nutrition with the love of good food, we’re creating a snack movement that supports women through every season—especially perimenopause and menopause—one handful of seeds at a time.

Why Seeds Matter—Especially for Women’s Health
Seeds like flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower are rich in essential fatty acids (omega-3 and 6), zinc, selenium, vitamin E, magnesium, phytoestrogens, and lignans—all of which support:
